Mike McCrae started juggling at the age of twelve when he was intrigued by a friend's juggling ability. Hooked from the beginning, Mike started to purchase and learn new juggling props.
Looking to take his skills to the next level, Mike started performing. His first performances were street shows on Jay Street in Schenectady in the late 1980's.
After performing hundreds of shows over the first 10 years of his career, Mike has spent the past 10 years doing limited performances while concentrating on his family and primary job. During this time his passion for juggling and performing still burned as he continued to create and perfect new routines.
In the fall of 2007, Mike put together a new show called "Juggling Dangerously". This show, which features many routines with fire and sharp objects, was unveiled later that year during a 13 night run at Ultimate Terrors Halloween event in Altamont New York.
Now that Mike's daughter is in college, he is resuming a more active performance schedule.
